Cancellation Policy

This policy outlines how cancellations are managed for PATAS Dog Care Services and ensures clarity for both our clients and our operations.
1. Standard Cancellation Requirement
We require a minimum of 48 hours (2 full days) notice prior to your scheduled [appointment/booking/service date] to cancel or reschedule without penalty.

For example, if your appointment is scheduled for Friday at 2:00 PM, you must notify us no later than Wednesday at 2:00 PM.
2. How to Cancel
All cancellations or rescheduling requests must be submitted through one of the following methods:

3. Cancellation Fees
A. Cancellations Received with Proper 48-Hour Notice

If you cancel or reschedule more than 48 hours before your scheduled time, we will credit any deposit or pre-payment made.
B. Late Cancellations (Less than 48 Hours Notice)

If you cancel less than 48 hours before your scheduled time, a late cancellation fee will apply. This fee is the cost of the service.
4. Exceptions
We understand that emergencies happen. In cases of sudden, unavoidable emergencies (e.g., serious illness, bereavement), please contact us as soon as possible.
